Hi.. Non techie here. I have been using my parallel 4 for a few years and loved it. Havent used it since the upgrade to OS 10.6.8. I got on today and it tells me that my version of parallels is not "active" and go buy a license. I have a license so I tried to activate using that and it says not valid. Can anyone help me here?
