Outlook Scheduling Assistant with 6.0 Upgrade

The whole reason my company upgraded to version 6.0, was that we read a thread on this forum that stated that the next version would fix the issue with Outlook Scheduling Assistant not showing busy times when setting up attendees to a meeting. If I use IE and our web mail interface, everything works fine; so this is a Parallels issue.

When is Parallels expected to get this fixed?

Also, Microsoft Office 12 products are still launching as slow as they did in version 5.0. What happened to more speedy as advertised?
