I'm posting this in hopes of a software fix but also to help others, since one of my techs spend most of the day on this and I spent an hour on it myself.

This was first reported on a user machine. I then did the OSX and Parallels updates to the latest today and got the exact same issue on my machine. I tested the narrow fix on my machine and then on his so it's a confirmed fix.

Running Windows 11 with Office 2013 64-bit. As soon as you try to launch Outlook 2013, the application crashes. It may make it to your inbox especially in safe mode; or it may close out before that. No errors - it just vanishes. Event log records an application error faulting application:eek:utlook.exe faulting module name:kernelbase.dll and exception code 0xc0000093.

The fix ended up being to navigate to the properties of outlook.exe, go to the Compatibility tab and down to the Windows on Arm section and click Change Emulation Settings. In there, I didn't have to change anything but "Hide newer emulated CPU features (x64 apps only). Save all the way out and now Outlook opens perfectly.

We didn't see any issues with the other office apps - just Outlook so far. Hope this helps someone and hope Parallels can figure out a proper fix or release a proper bulletin.
