outlook 2007\2010 cannot start, some VBScript problem

i got problem with outlook2010 and 2007: aftern install, in first run outlook makes mail configuration. but when it starts in normal mode an error window occures and outlook closes. error is about invalid registration of VBSCRIPT.DLL
makin REGSVR32.EXE VBSCRIPT.DLL reports that its successfully registered, but outlook thinks different
wtf? cant find any info about that error

macbook pro withParallels Desktop 5 (last update on 29-08-2010), win7 home premium as guest OS with all the updates on that date
office 2010 trial from MS site with outlook2010
+ outlook2007 as standalone app
