I recently accepted the parallels 'update'. but now I get an error screen when I bring up parallels in tandem with OSXFH that looks like a hard crash screen with the following message... "you need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button until it turns off, then press the Power button again." ...but of course my virtual machine is giving me this error. My actual desktop remains open and functional, so a hard reboot doesn't fix the error. I've tried uninstalling the tools and reinstalling them, but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone encountered this issue?
