I've installed Oracle 10g Express for Windows on a Parallels VM running Windows XP. I can talk to the server from the host just fine. But I can't seem to talk to the server from any other machine on my local network. File sharing from any machine to the VM also works just fine. It occurs to me that I tested this in b3, so maybe something has been fixed. But I'm curious if there is a technical reason why Oracle would have this problem. Thanks.
