    Hello!

I was hoping someone could help me out. I recently purchased Parallels 14 and I plan on using it mainly for playing games that are only on Windows and not Mac. I have a decent graphics card and a Retina 4K display but my picture is so choppy and when I try and download anything it slows my computer down and makes me force close. Any tips or advice on how to optimize for the best graphics would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2017 iMac with Retina 4K, 8 GB 2400 mHZ DDR4 memory, and Radeon Pro 560 4096 mb graphics. Like I said I could really use some help and I appreciate your time. Thanks.

    Kyle

Hi, @KyleC3 you can check this guide and KB article for info about optimization VM for games
And also please note that Parallels Desktop supports Thunderbolt data storage disks but not other Thunderbolt devices (eGPUs are PCIe devices which cannot be connected directly to VM). However, you can use the resources of your eGPU in VM, please check these instructions
