I put my vote in for OpenGL support. The only apps I use that do not have a Mac version are higherend programs that require this such as AutoCAD and 3D Studio etc. I hope this is on the near future roadmap. Thanks
I wish to second the OpenGL Request Some form of OpenGL support would be well received by the CAD/Graphics Arts users. Reading through the Wish Lists posting, I find two polar elements with lots of gray in between. At one end is a user community mostly from the IT/Software Development space. Parrallels provides a tool on one platform to meet their needs, testing software on representative environments of the user community. Their bottom line is simple. Does it work? Can they test code before deployment with a high degree of confidence that it will work and not break anything when deployed. At the other end I find a user community of End Users. These are for the most part not software developers. Rather this community is forced for one reason or another to use more than one platform to get their work done. I am in this group. The CAD software I use lives on MS Windows or in some cases Unix but not OS X. Everything else I use works on OS X. Yes I carry two machines with me everywhere I go. It is a big pain-in-the-back. OpenGL support in Parrallels would go a long way in slowing the growing bow in my back. /thank you in advance for reading my request /phill
I vote for OpenGL. I would like to get 3dsmax working at a better speed without the glitches i get from 'software' video mode. Parallels is quite possibly the most impressive piece of software i have ever used. Keep up the great work!
