only 30m on GPU, no matter how memory I give.

    I have:
    • macbook pro 2019 i9 16gb ram 1tb ssd
    • Host Mac os Monterey
    • Guest Mac os Monterey
    • parallels desktop pro ( 17.1.1 )

    no matter how I increase the ram, CPU, GPU memory , use parallels or apple hypervisor
    it gives me 30mb of graphic
    Apple Paravirtualized Graphics Device 30 MB

    what should I do?
    everything is latest version toolbox, guest and host too!

    no help! how can I renew that if I get no support?
    also you sent me a message to schedule a meeting with the remote support and no one came on that time slot!

    As described in this article the graphics memory is more or less a transitional buffer for graphics and has no real meaning about how much memory is assigned for graphics purposes. Apple introduced the paravirtualized graphics device support in Big Sur which allows Hypervisors like Parallels to provide hardware-accelerated graphics inside the guest, but the performance is far from native performance because memory blocks have to be copied from/to the shared system memory. Direct access to the GPU is not possible with macOS guests - that's why those guest VMs are barely useable for graphics-intense work, even web browsing is a pain.
