    Enabling may slow down the virtual machine performance because one or more virtual hard disks are located on a non-SSD disk drive.

    I'm getting this warning when turning on real-time disk optimisation, but the thing is I am running on SSD, however it's an external disk connected via USB 3.0 (supporting UASP). Is this a warning I can ignore or does it indicate my SSD isn't running as it should?
