    Dear All,
I have installed Parallels Desktop 12 with Windows 10, I have access from Mac and Windows to I Cloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, but only the Microsoft One Drive is asking me to connect separately, I would like to avoid space on the hard disk being used twice from one drive, does someone know how this works? thanks for help, Kind Regards Rachel

Hi RachelL1, please reinstall Parallels Tools as suggested in this article. If the issue persists, please go to virtual machine Configuration-> Sharing->Share Mac ->Share iCloud->uncheck and check "Share iCloud, Dropbox and Google Drive"

    Dear Chris,
Thank you very much for your reply, actually the update have solved my other problem (no access to files as they was protected. If I tryed to take a file from mac and open on Windows or the other way around) after the updated I have access crosswise to all files without any problem. So thank you for this!! But the OneDrive I still don't have under control, on the Parallels 12 I dont have detailed boxes for the ICloud Dropbox etc, see attached the two print screens showing all boxes checked for cloud sharing and Mac/Windows sharing also one print screen how the Clouds are shown on windows, only OneDrive id separate on top and if I click it asks me to enter my mail address but on Mac I have done this already and access, this is why I'm worried that the disk space will be used twice if I enter the mail address, hope this makes sense....

Dear RachelL1, please login into OneDrive application on Windows virtual machine and then sign out to check the files and folders.
