    We have made the necessary changes. Could you please try activating your Parallels Desktop 17 license again, by using the Parallels Desktop 13 key as the confirmation (previous) key.

    I had bought parallel windows 15 for my mac back in 2020 but i lost the mac,now i need to use that activation key fon my new mac but it doesnt let me use that key and redirects straight to the upgrade and subscriptions page,any fixes?

    Thank you for reaching out.
    Since you purchased a permanent license for Parallels Desktop 15 in the year 2020, you need to install the version 15.
    You can download it from the link https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v15/15.1.5-47309/ParallelsDesktop-15.1.5-47309.dmg
    We also notice you have already purchased an upgrade license for Parallels Desktop 20.
