I am running Leopard 10.5.4, Parallels 4.0 (new install), used Transporter to move my Dell XP image to my Macbook Pro. Now, all went fairly well after I finally got Tools to install. Here is my issue I need help with. My Office Enterprise 2007 needs re-activation, I tried the Internet option but says it has been activated too many times which is true (once on my XP laptop). So I choose 'Back' and select the telephone option. Nothing happens! If I remember correctly, a new box pops up and gives you a bunch of code numbers you will need to give to the MS tech and phone numbers to choose from to call MS. Anything I can do to get the box to pop up? Without this, I cannot re-activate the Office 2007 instance. I have tried this in both Coherence and Window view with the same results.
Disconnect from Internet and try again, also you can try to repair office 2007, from Control Panel -Add/remove Programs
John-Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, I tried both and it still will not pop up the box. I think my only option is to just remove Office and reinstall and see if it will fix this issue.
For others who may experience this problem, I uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled and the box pops up for the codes and phone number.
