Why doesn't the forum use a secure login? Or any other secure transfer? It's also rather annoying that lots of settings which are present, don't actually function.
Because it doesn't really matter? I mean this is only general chit-chat and nothing that should be secured anyway. Of course your Forum Login should be differrent from your Online Banking login details, but that should always be the case, because even IF the forum would use suuper-duuper encryption (which btw. would put quite an additional load on Parallels webservers, making things even slower when there's much traffic) you cannot be sure what happens with your login credentials at Paralles so https would not offer any additional security benefit only perfomance overhead. Whoaa why did I write all that?!? Whatever
