numeric key pad NOT working!!!

Using Mac OS 10.6.6 + Parallels 6.0 + Windows 7 my numeric key pad over Windows has stop working.
I went in Windows:

All Programs-Accessories-Ease of Access-On Screen Keyboard, selection ''OPTIONS'' to view if ''Turn on numeric key pad'' is ENABLE and it is enable...

What are my options now??? Can anybody help me solve this problem? Also, is it possible to have my keyboards in Windows & setup exactly like my keyboards keys in Mac OS X? My setting in Mac Preference Language & Text Input Sources are: Canadian French-CSA

I have try many option in Windows &, but never got the same setting when I it the keys.
