Hello Just for my information ... I have not received any information about the upgrade to version 3, though I paid for it when they had that offer. Am I supposed to wait for an email or apply for a key or what? That said, I had only bought it a month before - should that have qualified me for a free upgrade? And if so, do I apply for a refund? I know someone said who should worry about 40 quid - but 40 quid is 40 quid and there are other things I could do with it. I am in Australia, if that makes any difference, Many thanks Deborah BTW, Parallels rocks. It's amazing - as a recent switcher it has been AMAZING to be able to run the few applications I need in Windows without any dramas whatsoever. Extended desktop capability is the only thing I am missing
