Hi, we've got parallels access for Business and have 5 Licenses (3 of which are available). Recently purchased a MacBook Pro and migrated everything from our iMac to it. I'm assuming it also transferred the Parallels Access program from the iMac, but incorrectly, as now when I try to open the program to add the MacBook to the account, it doesn't do anything. I tried reinstalling Parallels Access but when I get to the Install part, again, nothing. Does Parallels Access need to be completely deleted from the MacBook and if so, how can I do that? It's not technically an app, it doesn't give me the chance to delete it.... Thanks, Kat
Hello john, Try to uninstall Parallels Access by following steps. And try to (re)install Parallels Access in your MacBook Pro and let us know if you have any trouble.
