    Hi,

After the initial installation of Parallels 6 on an iMac with OSX 10.6.5, all worked fine and I was able to see all PCs in the Microsoft Windows Network when running WinXP inside Parallels.

A glitch in the Internet connection resulted in having to alter the allocated static IP address of the iMac to connect through a different device and provider. Once original Internet was restored, setting the static IP back to original setting, I can now only see the WinXP WORKGROUP and PCs belonging to that group on the VM. Other PCs, like Domain Controllers on the same LAN and sub-net are no longer accessible.

Using the Search for Computers function in Win XP Explorer normally allows to search for computers by name or IP address. As an example, I have a Win2003 Server on 192.168.2.119. I can PING this IP from the VM, but the Search for Computers returns nothing. Real WinXPO PCs on the same sub-net see these resources without any problems.

This used to work after the original install of Parallels, as I still have a Mapped Drive pointing to the Win2003 Server's drive that now complains of inability to connect to the shared resource.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Rosti.
