Not Registered and no updates - won't go away

I'm running Parallels 4.0 the stupid thing is activated and has been for a while. Now it is prompting me like so:

This copy of parallels desktop is not registered and cannot be updated. do you want to register it?
updates will become available after you register parallels desktop.

I say YES even though the stupid POS is already registered and it brings up a dialog requesting...

name, email and for use

I do all that and get absolutely no where at all. I'm ready to buy something else. It even tells me its already registered and all that bs, but never goes away and it will not check for updates.

 

This was a temporary issue which is already resolved. If the issue persists, please try to download and install the latest updates for Parallels Desktop 4.x from our website:
