Not able to activate the license after MAC replacement

    Not able to activate the license after replacing the mac , i have already uninstalled parallels from previous mac , but still getting below error.

    How can i reset the devices registered for my account ?

    Also please note that Parallels Desktop 10 doesn't compatible with the lates macOS version.
    Please check this out for more information.
    Moreover we recommend to make a backup copy of your virtual machine to avoid any data losing.
