non-existent support??

    I've been waiting for 13 days for a reply to an urgent support request - one that stops me using the product!
    What's going on?
    Your product used to work so well...
    Then the upgrade made it so slow it's faster to run run to a co-workers pc...
    Now I can't even use it!!

    I had to re-install Parallels, and my Auth. Key is not accepted by the upgrade (although I upgraded from the previous version no problem). The original dmg has somehow been corrupted, so I'm left with a product that I can't use at all...
    All I need is a link to download Parallels-Desktop-3214-Mac-en.dmg and the problem would be solved...
    I don't understand why it's taken so long?!
