I'm migrating my apps to a new Mac. I installed parallels desktop 9 and put in my activation key (tied to account). However, after that, it claimed it can't connect to internet and show me a large text. There supposed to be two way to use the text: one is send email to [email protected], the other is visit https://activatepd.parallels.com/. My email was returned and my attempt to open the web page always fails. How do I activate my PD9 copy? Thanks in advance!
