I have an active subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition -- it shows in my application licenses section with a renewal date of June 6, 2024. In the My Account section of the web site, I show only an expired subscription, and the application doesn't display the full serial number so I cannot search for it. I have no support options other than social media sewers. How do I get technical support for this active subscription? thank you

I have a similar problem. My Parallels Desktop for Mac subscription renews each January. The subscription doesn't show up when I log in to the parallels website. Maybe because I never registered my license there? My old Mac died right after I migrated to my new Mac. How do I fix this and retrieve the license?
