I recently changed my laptop and I am not able to activate my license on the new device. There is no option in my online account dashboard to release the license from the currently activated device so I can activate on the new device. I should not be running around for support for this simple task that should have been Activation feature. And on top of that, Audaciously Parallels is deliberately not sharing support email and phone but asking me to upgrade the product?? Why ?? This whole state of this product is a total harassment. Can someone help?
