If I have Parallels Desktop running Windows Vista Business and I put the Mac to sleep (either closing the lid on my MBP or through the Apple menu), when I wake the Mac, Parallels is no longer acknowledging any mouse input. I can't click on anything in the window. I can shut down the guest OS, but then I cannot close Parallels Desktop, the window will not close by clicking the red X. I have to force-quit Parallels Desktop and then restart it to be able to use the guest OS. Parallels Desktop 4.0.3846, Windows Vista Business SP 2, Mac OS X 10.6.2 (build 10C540).
