I'm trying to use Parallels mounter to recover files from a Win7 PVM that will no longer boot. I found the PVM file, right clicked on it, and saw the drive get mounted. When I browse out to the drive, I was able to copy over my documents folder where all my spreadsheets and whatnot were stored without an issue. However, when I try and go to either Application Data or Local Settings (dont remember which one Microsoft users to store Outlook PST files), I get an error stating I dont have permission to view those files. If I try and just drag the folder onto my desktop, MacOS says i will need to enter the admin password to do this, so I do, and then the folder copies over. Once copied over I can right click on it and change permissions without a problem. Now though, the folder is empty and I'm assuming its because it wont copy what it thinks I dont have access to.

I really need those damn PST files. Anyone got any ideas?
