No connection, cannot login to domain

Hi I have a problem with a Windows Virtual machine. I'm using Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac (Build 8.0.18354)

In our company we have a single login environment. My Mac is connected to the companies lan and I have access to all my network drives and our Intranet.
When I start my Windows Virtual Machine I'm required to login over a domain. But I can't login to our domain because I cannot get the connection to work with Parallels desktop.
I think it doesn't work because I'm missing the Parallels Tools but I cannot install them because I cannot login...

The same machine works easily with VMWare Fusion but I actually want to use Parallels because VMWare doesn't work well with Retina display.

What can I do about this behavior? If you need more information please tell me.

Switch to Bridge networking.

 

Already tried that, sadly it didn't work.
