Hi, for normally purchased parallels desktop versions, a 30 days free telefon and chat support is included. Is this right, that this is not the case for the pro abo version?
Hi, the Parallels Desktop 11 has the same support option: All Parallels Desktop products come with free phone and chat support for 30 days after registration.
