no active subscriptions yet still being charged

I have an account with Parallels but no active subscriptions. Cleverbridge has charged me $49.99 for something I don't have.

I cannot cancel my subscription since I don't have one, but Cleverbridge continues as if I do.

Please refund and cancel any further charges.
