I am in need of technical support. I tried installing Parallels and then Windows XP today and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong and no idea how to trouble shoot. I don't even know how this forum works and/or if and how I should expect to hear back from someone? Whatever happened to toll FREE technical support?
