Dear Parallels- Please stop sending new "Upgrade to the latest version" screens. Each time, I click on "Do not show again", and roughly every third time I open Parallels, I get a new screen. This is a pain, and it is NOT going to get me to upgrade. For what I do (and my old computer), Parallels 4 is fine. I have no need to upgrade, and the constant nagging is not going to get me to upgrade (instead, it annoys me, which isn't going to bode well for you when I buy another computer). I'm okay with your software asking once for the next version (which came out a long while back), but beyond that is just annoying. Thanks.
Clever but dumb since you don't see the same nag screen over and over again -- it's slightly different each time! I'm not purchasing 6 because 5 works. Parallels has a history of never working on newer OSes so with Lion coming out this summer I'll buy 7 at that time. I just hope there is a long period before 8, since I won't be buying that either. I wonder if VMWare is this annoying?
+1 Also, stop trying to get me to register. The new "login" screen to register is absolutely ridiculous. I have 100+ users with Parallels and now I have to tell them to skip this stupid screen everytime. This is the main reason I'm not rolling out version 6. Come on guys, stop with the stupid nag screens. PLEASE!!!!
