So i stupidly accepted the latest suggested maintenance update earlier and now i have lost the ability to have multiple monitors , I check the extend desktop as i did before but it doesnt work. i cannot easily access my mac tool bar and parallels won't show up in the windows interface! Yikes horrible maintenance update folks! I need some advice about how to access the parallels window it has disappeared!
Mahalo - it was working so well before now i cannot drag windows in windows mode and i cannot access the coherence mode either! This is terrible folks

Sounds like you need to reinstall parallels tools.

Yes in the light of the morning it occurs to me that i need to reinstall the whole enchilada but how do i do this without the disk? I did my purchase thru the web never got a hard disk. And when i go for the option presented it says insert DVD. . .?

I had this issue as well. You will need daemon tools, mount the iso.

You don't need a complete reinstall to just reinstall Parallels Tools. It is under the Virtual Machine menu after you start whatever VM you are running.
