When trying to activate Parallels on my new Mac, I get an error message:

You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

How do I rectify this issue? I do not have access to the old computer anymore, I formatted the drive.

We have made all necessary changes. You can try to activate again and check.
