Hi there Tried numerous times and in numerous ways and still cannot activate the product to allow me to instal my billing app! Been using a MacBook Pro for a few years where the company I consult for had helped me to activate the Parallels software. Just got given my husband has just given me his older iMac as it would be perfect to finally have a proper upright larger screen. Told my companies Parallels administrator I was moving over to the new computer and he sent me an email with a download button and activation code. I keep getting the error as shown in the picture: PLEASE HELP! (cannot seem to get any support even after logging in, just a blank screen after typing in a subject matter) Thanks
