Yes I installed it. It does not seem to do a huge amount. I burnt a new drivers CD using it and installed the drivers onto XP. One improvement i noticed was that you no longer get the blue screen of death when clicking the USB video device (i.e. iSight) in My Computer. It just basically says it does not work instead. I think it also installed new graphics drivers, but they wern't the newest ones on the Intel website (I have a Macbook with Intel GMA graphics)
