    Hi,

I have tried almost all network configurations (bridged / shared/ host only...) and still cannot connect to the internet from within XP in Parallels.

Is it it normal the ipconfig does not see any adapters

    C:\Documents and Settings\jmv>ipconfig /all
    Windows IP Configuration
    C:\Documents and Settings\jmv>

I followed instructions from the manual bu cannot get my network in XP Parrallel to work.

Wireless works fine when booting the XP under boot camp.

    Please advice
    JM

Do you have Parallels Tools installed? To install Parallels Tools, click menu "Virtual Machine" -> "Install Parallels Tools". Please carefully read the appeared message box, because you may need to click MyComputer -> CDRom if installation will not start automatically

Yes they were installed when I posted my message.

However I am not sure what happened but when I rebooted Windows at one time I got a message indicating that new hardware was found (my Wireles linksys router).

Something trigered that detection but I am unsure what I could of done to wake it up.

Since then everything works just great.
