    Hello all.

I've looked through most of the posts and haven't come across this particular problem so forgive me if I'm repeating a previous post.

I've started having a strange issue since installing Beta 6 with the Tools. I'm using Parallels with XP Pro on a MacBook Pro. I've had no problems connecting to the Internet through the AirPort in XP, however, since installing Tools networking is sporadic in OS X. In fact, when OS X won't connect (can't ping anything inside or outside the network) I can go into Parallels and access everything, including the Internet, through XP.

    Thanks in advance.

    Mach83,

please check that your guest XP is not configured with the same IP address as your Mac AirPort. Issue "ipconfig" in XP and "ifconfig" in Mac OS X terminal. In Mac OS X look for en1 configuration.
If IP addresses are the same and your XP uses DHCP try configuring it with static address.
