Hi, I'm using a Mac Book Pro with Mac OS X ver 10.6.8. I have Parallels Desktop 7 installed with guest OS Windows 7. Yesterday I updated my Parallels Desktop (successfully) and then the Parallels Tools, the problem came. The update of Parallels Tools was not successful, and since then whenever I start the Windows 7 it shows: "Windows cannot access \\psf\Home\Desktop" type of error with detail as: "Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found." I tried to follow some online instruction to uninstall/reinstall the Parallels Tools but the essential problem is that I cannot even access any folder, including the Control Panel. I'd show an Explorer.EXE error with message like: "Server execution failed". Please help/advise what I can do? Thanks!!!

Reinstall Tools. GO to Virtual Machine menu --> Reinstall Parallels. tools.
Remove the previous version from Control Panel > add remove programs first.
