Hello all I have been working with Parallels since its release and with the assistance of a very savy VBScript guy, have a complete user-defined image down to a few easy steps. Information- Parallels 3.0 Build 5582 Guest OS (Parallels Image) Windows XP SP2 The issue -- When i finish running sysprep, and the system joins the domain, it keeps disabling the network driver, and thus only allow 10 Mbps for the connection. When you open the Parallels Tools Center, you see this marked as Disabled and have to check it.. When I set the base image up, I have this selected, it just keeps getting de-selected right after joining the domain Any ideas ? Parallels developers??
This is NOT a default behavior, I have built my own images (some bound to Windows Domains), none of which disable my network adapter, ever. I would check the scripts on your end, or try a fresh install to see what happens.
