Need to reinstall Parallels Desktop 10 and Windows 7?

I have Parallels Desktop 10 and Windows 7 installed on my iMac and Macbook Air. It has been sometime since I used them. I tried tonight and Windows asks for a password. Well I can't find or remember it. I've tried every one I can think of but with no luck. I would try the password reset but it requires a password reset disk which I don't have.

I'm guessing I need to uninstall both and start again. I have the Windows disk and can download Parallels. Is this my only option?
