Need to install Windows 7

I just bought Parallels for my Mac but I need to install Windows 7 (because our Windows PC hard drive crashed and there is one specific Windows application that I need to install and the data recovery guy says that I should try a new installation on the same OS that it was running under). The physical PC is in North Carolina and the hard drives (and me) are in Massachusetts. So, I'm attempting a virtual Windows 7 on my Mac.
Do I just find a windows 7 install and download it?
