I currently run Windows 7 via Parallels on my MacBook Air. The programs I run on that platform all work just fine. I continue to get messages from the Windows Task Bar that show I now have 91 important updates to install. Do I really need to do that? I have repeatedly tried to install just one, the smallest one, 64 KB, and it simply won't download or install. It should take only seconds to download but the Updater just spins. Is it really that important to install and if so, what might be wrong? Thanks
