Need the activation key, no email!!

Hi, I purchased a parallels 7 version, and i get the following message: Your activation key has been disabled due to security reasons: someone might have attempted to use the same activation key.
I went into the page and they told me they'd send me and activation email but I haven't recived anything yet!
I'm not able to activate the program and I need it urgent!!
