I'm running Fedora Core 5 and I just noticed something. I left Parallels Desktop running, but put my MacBook Pro to sleep while I went to lunch. I just noticed that the clock inside the VM is now over an hour off. This really effects me in a negative way because it screws up the timestamps on files. Debugging gets interesting when applications don't get built correctly because the timestamps are screwed up.

Also I get an odd behavior when switching desktops using VirtueDesktops that I don't get when running Windows inside the VM. The VM stays in full screen mode, but the Finder is the foreground application when I switch back to the VM Desktop. I'm guessing both these problems would be alleviated if there was a Parallels Tools for Linux. Can we expect this to be available in the final release?
