    Can someone point me to a list of signals for the kill command and what they
    do to Parallels workstations running on Linux?

    You really need to read some Linux documentation. But before you do that, have a read of the forum descriptions, and see if you can understand why you should stop posting in this forum.

    Do you know which one tells parallels to do a graceful shutdown
    of the guest OS and then exit itself?

    WHAT LINUX DOCUMENTATION???? WHERE?????
