Several years ago I purchased a permanent license for the Standard edition, then until this year I'd been using a yearly Pro subscription. I ended my Pro subscription because I didn't need it anymore, now I'm trying to switch back to Standard, which the Parallels startup window says is still available, but it says "this license key must be upgraded". I clicked the Upgrade button which took me to the product purchase page with all the plan options, none of which show a way to update the permanent license. My account still shows the permanent license as active, but uninstalling the software and then downloading the Standard edition got the same result. Am I missing a step, or this a case where "permanent" isn't what they say it is?
