Need Help from Someone at Parallels...PLEASE!!!

    i got a brand new mac and the first thing i wanted to do is order parallels...

    Now, here comes the stupid part....

    i wrote my email with a ".com" instead of a ".de" (dont ask me why...)
    now, i dont have a registration key.
    i tried to register my id at yahoo with a .com ending but i cant because i already have the id...they dont care about the ending...

    i have the regnow receipt with the number of my order and everything....


    how can i get my key again???

    can someone from parallels please help me...i have written a few mails to parallels but somehow i never get a reply...

    Choose My Account on the top right of this page. Update your email address. Click the Send Keys button. Problem solved.

    and the login?:confused:

    i dont have a password!!! while buying the product i have entered the wrong email!

    so every information from parallels is send to a wrong -not existing- email adress:(


    oooh, i'm soooooo stupid!
