Need Help -- Charged for Parallels Toolbox on Inaccessible Account

    Hi Parallels Support,

    I've been charged for a Parallels Toolbox subscription two years in a row -- on April 5th 2024 and again on April 5th 2025 -- even though I did not intend to renew it.

    The subscription is linked to my old university email ([email protected]), which I no longer have access to since graduating. Because of that, I can't log into the account to manage or cancel the subscription myself.

    I'd like to request a refund for both chargers and have the subscription cancelled. Please let me know how I can verify my identity or provide any necessary information to resolve this, since I can't access the original email account.
