n00b - Parallels on M1 Studio. Unable to login to an App

Hello.
Mac Studio M1 - Win 11
Basic problem here.
I'm Beta testing a graphics package (Arkrunr), which has an Authorization login and password.
Login works fine using PC.
Login does not work using same App within Parallels. (LOGIN Button "clicks" but nothing appears to get sent to the server for authorization, as I do not receive the usual "password incorrect"message. Other clickable buttons DO work however.)
I'm new to Parallels, AND Windows, and other than confirming the Parallels Windows 11 install and WiFi is working as expected in other respects, I'm a bit mystified.
