My Windows XP VM is Stopped

Dear all.

When trying to start his Morning my VM the normal screen shows up with the Windows XP and it's characteristics showing but I get no menu bar on the right side wher it was supposed to be the "Start" "Pause", "Stop", etc buttons.
More, using the top menu "Start" command, nothing happens.
So, now I'm just stuck there without a working windows!!!
I need urgent Bank action and I cannot access it...!!!
When I check the Help menu it says there are new versions available but I should register my product in order to update it. The case is that I've done it long ago and now I can't even use the same registration key again.
I really don't know what else to do.... Go through Parallels Web page is just a confusing process between what is logging in and registering / authorizing, etc.....!!!!

The version I'm running is 3.0 build 5582 with Mac OX Leopard 10.5.2
